We measure pages.
Not people.

We use a privacy-focused analytics service hosted at stats.sunanalytics.ca to understand which pages are useful. It records aggregate usage, not individual identity:

• The page you viewed and the referring page or search engine that sent you.
• Technical information your browser sends with any request: browser, operating system, device type, screen size, and approximate country.
• Timing of the visit, so we can see which reference pages get used during market hours.

This data is used in aggregate to decide what to write next. It is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and it is not used to build a profile of you.

• No accounts, names, email addresses, or passwords — there is no sign-up on this site yet.
• No brokerage credentials, positions, or trading activity. We have no connection to any broker.
• No advertising trackers, no third-party ad networks, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no data brokers.
• No payment information. Nothing is for sale here.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Interface preferences, where they exist, are kept in your own browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us. Any cookies set by the analytics service above are strictly for measuring visits, and you can block them with any browser setting or extension without breaking the site.

• Analytics — the service described above, used to count page views.
• Fonts — typefaces are served as part of the site build rather than fetched from a third-party font network on each visit.
• Hosting — our hosting provider processes standard server request logs, as any web host does.

Links to exchange and regulator websites are marked as external. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Because we do not collect information that identifies you, there is generally no personal record for us to retrieve or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, or you want to ask anything about this policy, write to hello@haltstrategy.com and we will respond.

If this policy changes materially — for example when accounts and saved watchlists ship — the change will be posted here with an updated review date before it takes effect.
